Classes:
FSR-V 3,5-7,5-15-35 Senior; 3,5-7,5-15 Junior
FSR-H 3,5-7,5-15 Senior; 3,5-7,5 Junior
FSR-O 3,5-7,5-15-35 Senior; 3,5-7,5 Junior

Junior is a competitor not older than 18 years in the year of competition. Junior competitors in the FSR V-15 class must be at least 12 years old in the year of competition.

Number of competitors admitted
(according to FSR Competition Rules, section 3.2.3):

  • 3 competitors per country in each category and the title defendant
  • Extra places to countries that had racers qualified to the finals of the 2008 World Championship (maximum 2 extra places per country in each category)

Participation fees:
Seniors: 20 EUR/class
Juniors: 15 EUR/class

Spa tickets:
The spa ticket includes entrance to race area and the possibility to use all open-air swimming pools of the spa complex.

  • The advance purchase of spa tickets is compulsory for all racers, family members and mechanics who are not staying in the camping.
  • Camping fees inside the spa (for tents, caravans, bungalows) include spa tickets.
Spa ticket prices:

O/H ticket (28 July - 2 August): 30 EUR/person
V ticket (3-8 August): 30 EUR/person
V/H/O ticket (28 July - 8 August): 60 EUR/person

(Please note that for the free practice day on 27 July each person has to buy a daily spa ticket on spot.)

Rules of registration:

  • The entries must be sent from the National Associations (current members of Naviga).
  • Every National Association has to send a Competitor Entry Form for each competitor and the Team Entry Form for the whole team.
  • Every competitor has to complete and sign the Competitor Entry Form.
  • The Team Leader has to compile and sign the Team Entry Form.
  • All Entry Forms must be stamped and signed by the National Associations.
  • Personal entries will not be accepted.

Payment:

  • The national federations have to make the full payment of the participation fees, spa tickets, transponder rental and banquet. A national team's registration will not be accepted without the full payment of the above fees.
  • The full amount has to be transferred by the national federations no later than the day of registration deadline.
  • Please note that while transferring the amount, all banking costs have to be covered by the sender.

Please send a copy of the bank transfer sheet together with your entry forms.

Classification and prizes:

  • Trophies, medals and diplomas to first 3 competitors in each class; diploma of participation to all competitors. The winner gets the official title of Naviga World Champion, honoured by his/her national anthemn.
  • Junior classes will be ran and the World Champion title will be awarded only if a minimum of 6 competitors from 3 different countries register and race in a respective class.

Frequencies allowed for the event:
27 MHz, 35MHz, 40MHz, 2.4GHz (for detailed list see the Competitor Entry Form - soon available in the Registration section of this site)

Lapcounting:
AMB counting system will be used for all competitions.

Transponder rental:
Juniors: 5 EUR/class
Seniors: 10 EUR/class

The AMB transponder must be used in all the classes. If you have your own transponder there is no fee to pay, if you do not have a transponder, you must rent an AMB transponder from the organizers.

Flags and national anthems:
Every Team Leader has to provide 2 flags cm. 150 x 100 of the Nation and the national anthem recorded on CD format. These materials will be returned to the Team Leaders after the closing ceremony.

Banquet:
Juniors (children under 10 years of age): 20 EUR/person
Seniors (or juniors over 10 years of age): 35 EUR/person

Requested banquet tickets of competitors, mechanics, family members and team leaders need to be indicated on the Competitor Entry Forms.

Parking fee in the spa area:
500 HUF/car/day (to be paid on spot each day)
